Orders and Shipping

What happens if I need to amend my order?

Should you need to change your order, we may only be able to accommodate this up to 1 working day before your chosen dispatch day. Contact us as soon as possible at orders@brownieblissuk.com with the following:

1. Your order number

2. Your desired amendment 

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursday via next day delivery. Please allow 1 -2 working days for your order to arrive.

I have an issue with my order

We are so sorry you had an issue with your order. Our team would be more the happy to help resolve this problem.

Please email orders@brownieblissuk.com within 24 hours of your delivery date and include:

1. Your order number

2. An image of the issue

Where do you deliver? And how much does is cost?

Orders are delivered via next day delivery by Royal Mail to the United Kingdom. Shipping cost £3.50

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will recive an email from both Brownie Bliss and Royal Mail containing the tracking information for your order.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Of course! You can include a personalised note for free at checkout.

Will my order include an invoice?

No, all invoices are sent electronically.

Brownie Size

Our brownies are currently only available in 2 sizes: box of 9 pieces and 16 piece slab box.

Individual brownie pieces measure 6cm (w) x 6cm (l)

How many letters can I add to my custom brownies?

Our 9 piece brownie box can hold up to 4 letters per 3 rows. While our custom brownie slabs can hold up to 7 letters per 3 rows.

How long do the brownies stay fresh for?

Our Brownies stay fresh for approximately 5 days at room temperature. To retain its deliciousness, store it in a cool, dry place or refrigerate for an extended freshness period, lasting up to 10 days. For maximum freshness, keep it in its original box or transfer it to an airtight container.

Do your brownies contain any allergens?

Our brownies contain milk, eggs, soya, wheat (gluten) and some options contain nuts. Please note that all our products are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten are used. Consequently, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.
